Air charter broker disclosures
Danielson Aviation Group is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier in operational control of aircraft. The air transportation we arrange is provided by properly licensed direct air carriers, which hold operational control of each flight. We arrange single-entity charters, where one customer charters the whole aircraft.
Before you sign a charter agreement or pay, we give you in writing:
- the corporate name of the direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft, and any other name it does business under;
- the capacity in which we are acting (usually as your agent, and always stated on your quote);
- the total cost of the air transportation, including our fee, the carrier’s charges, and all government taxes and fees;
- a good-faith estimate of any fees paid directly to third parties, such as fuel, landing or hangar fees, if any apply;
- whether we hold liability insurance, and its limits;
- on request, any business relationship we have with the carrier.
If any of this changes after you book, we tell you promptly. If we do not, you may cancel for a full refund, as 14 CFR 295.24 provides. We only book carriers that hold both DOT economic authority and FAA safety authority.

About prices and claims on this site
Prices from the trip planner, route tables, destinations, and aircraft guide are planning estimates based on typical market rates. They are not offers or quotes. A booking is made only through a written charter agreement that names the carrier, the aircraft, and the total price.
Our standards, such as two pilots on every flight and booking only FAA-certificated carriers, are commitments we write into every quote. Safety audit programs and other organizations named on this site are mentioned for information only and do not endorse us.

Privacy Policy
This page is available in English only. The English version is the one that applies.
Effective October 7, 2026.
This policy explains what Danielson Aviation Group LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through danielsonaviationgroup.com and our client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to dirk@danielsonaviation.com.
The short version
- Analytics and advertising cookies are optional: they load only if you select Accept, and you can turn them off at any time. Without them, we count visits only as anonymous daily totals.
- We collect what we need to quote and arrange your flights, and share it only with the people who make the trip happen.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.
- You can see and change your details in the portal, and ask us to delete them at any time.
What we collect
When you visit the website. The site does not ask for personal information. Our web host, Netlify, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site also loads its current text from our database provider, Supabase, which receives the same kind of technical data. The trip planner, route map, bag check, and time calculator run in your browser; what you type into them is not sent to us unless you choose to send a request. The site’s fonts and scripts are served from our own website, not loaded from Google or other outside services.
Visit totals. The site counts page views as daily totals by page, the website that referred you (its domain only), and device type (phone, tablet, or computer). We do not use cookies for this, do not store IP addresses, and cannot identify you from these totals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the site does not count your visit. We do not use session recording or replay tools, and we do not record your clicks, scrolling, or typing.
Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept. When these tools are turned on, the cookie notice asks before any of them load, and nothing optional loads unless you select Accept. If you accept, the site loads Google Analytics (from Google), the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, which runs Facebook and Instagram), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (from LinkedIn), whichever we use at the time. They receive the pages you view on our website, the address of the website that sent you, your browser and device type, your IP address (from which they estimate a general location), and identifiers stored in cookies. Google uses this to give us reports about how the site is used. Meta and LinkedIn use it to measure our ads and to let us show ads on their services to people who visited our website, and each may connect it to your account with them under its own privacy policy. They are not used in the client portal or the employee desk, and never receive what you type into a form. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline and do not ask.
When you join our email list. If you sign up for our launch notice on the welcome screen, we keep your email address, where on the site you joined, the date, and the consent statement you agreed to.
What your browser saves. Your color scheme choice; your cookie choice; your sign-in session if you use the client portal; for our team only, a “Remember this device” setting; and, only if you select Accept, the analytics and advertising cookies described above. See Cookies and Storage.
When you use the client portal.
- Account details: name, email, mobile phone, home airport, how you would like us to contact you, and optionally your company and aircraft or catering preferences.
- Trip requests: routes, dates, number of passengers, aircraft preference, and any notes you add.
- Passengers you choose to save: their name as it appears on their ID, and optionally a relationship and notes.
- Messages, documents for your trips, quotes you accept, and feedback you send.
- Account activity: the days you sign in (the last 120), so we know which accounts are active.
- Your choices: when you agreed to our terms, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
- The year you joined, which the portal shows as “Member since”.
Sign-in. Client and employee accounts are managed by Supabase, our authentication and database provider. You sign in with your email address and a password. Team members also sign in with a username and two codes from an authenticator app. Passwords are stored by Supabase in hashed form, and we never see them.
Team accounts. Before launch, the website opens only for our team and for guests we invite. For each team member we keep their name, username, work email, the powers they have in the employee desk, when they last signed in, and the secret behind their authenticator codes, which is stored in a part of our database the website cannot read. For invited guests we keep the label we gave their pass, when it was used, and how many devices used it, but no personal details. To protect the site, we record the time of each opening and of each wrong try, without your IP address.
What we do not collect online. We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or other government ID numbers through the website or portal. If an international trip requires passport details for the carrier’s customs filing, we collect them separately at that time, share them only with the carrier, and do not keep them longer than the trip requires.
Sensitive details. Please share health information only when it is needed for your trip, such as mobility assistance. We use it only to arrange that help.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, arrange and manage your flights, and contact you about them.
- To meet legal duties, including the disclosures air charter brokers must give under 14 CFR Part 295, tax records, and customs requirements.
- To keep our service and accounts secure and prevent fraud.
- To improve our service, using our own records of portal activity, the anonymous visit totals, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics reports.
- If you accept advertising cookies, to measure our ads and show them to people who visited our website.
- To send news and empty-leg offers by email, only if you opt in.
Who we share it with
- Air carriers. Trip details and passenger names go to the FAA-certificated carriers we ask for quotes, and to the carrier that operates your flight.
- Trip service providers. FBOs, caterers, and ground transportation companies get only what they need to serve your trip.
- Technology providers. Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (accounts, database, and file storage), and our email provider process data on our behalf.
- Analytics and advertising partners, only if you accept their cookies. Google, Meta Platforms, and LinkedIn, as described under “Analytics and advertising cookies” above.
- Authorities. When the law requires it, such as customs and security filings, or a valid legal request.
- A business transfer. If the company is sold or merged, your information would move with it under this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta and LinkedIn receive information about your visit to our website, which some state laws, including California’s, treat as “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time by selecting Essential only on the Cookies and Storage page, by not selecting Accept, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not share client portal information for advertising.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you opt in, either by joining our email list or by choosing it in your portal account. Every one includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can also unsubscribe at any time on our Unsubscribe page. We honor requests within 10 business days. You will still receive messages about trips you have requested or booked.
How long we keep it
- Your account and trip requests: while your account is open. Accounts with no activity for three years are deleted.
- Records of booked flights, such as quotes, charter agreements, disclosures, and invoices: seven years, for tax and legal purposes.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your address and the date, so that we do not email you again, unless you ask us to delete it.
- Visit totals: these contain no personal information, and we keep them as long as they are useful.
- Analytics and advertising cookies, if you accept them: Google Analytics cookies last up to 13 months and we keep Google Analytics reports for up to 14 months; Meta’s cookie lasts 90 days; LinkedIn’s up to 1 year. Google, Meta, and LinkedIn keep what they receive under their own policies.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
- Website server logs: kept by our host for a short period, under its own policy.
- Team accounts: while the person is on our team. Guest pass records: 90 days. Records of website openings and wrong tries: 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- See and correct. Update your details in the portal under Account, or ask us to.
- Get a copy. Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete. Use “Delete my account” in the portal, or email us. We delete your account, saved passengers, requests, and messages within 30 days, except records of booked flights we must keep.
- Opt out of marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, our Unsubscribe page, or the setting in your account.
- Analytics and advertising cookies. Select Decline in the cookie notice, or Essential only on the Cookies and Storage page, at any time. Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser does the same.
We answer requests within 45 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. Exercising your rights never affects the price or service you receive.
Children
This site and the portal are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. You must be 18 or older to create an account or book. When minors travel, a parent or guardian provides their details. If we learn we have collected a child’s information without a parent’s consent, we delete it.
Security
Access to client information is limited to our team, and the portal keeps each client’s records separate from other clients'. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Alabama law requires.
Where your data is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn may process that information in other countries under their own safeguards.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders before it takes effect.
Terms of Service
This page is available in English only. The English version is the one that applies.
Effective October 7, 2026.
These terms apply to danielsonaviationgroup.com and our client portal, run by Danielson Aviation Group LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using the site or portal, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Danielson Aviation Group is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier in operational control of aircraft. Every flight we arrange is operated by a properly licensed direct air carrier, which holds operational control. The carrier and its pilot in command make all decisions about the safety of a flight, including whether, when, and where it operates.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account or book. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for requests made through your account, including by people you authorize to book for you.
Team accounts and guest access. Before launch, the website is open only to our team and to guests we invite. Team accounts are issued by Danielson Aviation Group. Keep your username, password and authenticator codes to yourself, and tell us right away if your phone or password is lost or may be known to someone else. Guest passes and guest codes are for the person we gave them to; do not share them. We can end any team or guest access at any time. What you see before launch is confidential and may change.
3. Estimates, quotes, and bookings
- Prices from tools on this site are planning estimates, not offers.
- A quote names the carrier, the aircraft, and the total price. It is subject to availability until you sign the charter agreement and pay as it requires.
- Before you sign, we give you the disclosures required by 14 CFR 295.24, described on our Legal page.
- Your booking is governed by the charter agreement. If the agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls.
4. Price and payment
The total price on your quote includes our fee, the carrier’s charges, and government taxes and fees. Costs that can only be known on the day, such as winter de-icing, are listed in your agreement with an estimate. Payment amounts and due dates are set out in the charter agreement.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Passengers
- Give accurate passenger names, as they appear on government ID, and any other details the carrier requires.
- Bring valid ID, and for international trips, passports, visas, and any required health documents.
- Follow crew instructions and federal rules, including those on alcohol (14 CFR 135.121) and hazardous materials.
- The carrier may refuse to carry anyone, or any item, for safety or legal reasons. Damage or extra cleaning caused by passengers or pets may be charged as the charter agreement provides.
7. Using the site
Do not misuse the site or portal: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other people’s accounts or data, no interference with the service, and no automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Privacy and cookies. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies and Storage page explain what we collect, the storage the site needs to work, and the optional analytics and advertising cookies we use only if you select Accept. You can change that choice at any time on the Cookies and Storage page.
8. Information on this site
Route maps, aircraft ranges, flight times, airport details, and event dates are general information. They are typical figures, not operational flight planning. The carrier confirms the aircraft, route, and airports for every trip.
9. Our content
The text, design, and tools on this site belong to Danielson Aviation Group LLC, except third-party material credited on our Legal page. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them.
10. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the site’s tools are provided as they are, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. The carrier is responsible for operating your flight. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under 14 CFR Part 295 or other law that cannot be waived.
11. Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by Alabama law. Any court case will be heard in the state or federal courts for Lee County, Alabama, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
13. Translations
We offer translations of this website for convenience. Our policies, these terms, quotes, and charter agreements are in English. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.
14. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on this site or in the client portal infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Please include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the material you want removed, and where it appears, such as its web address;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
This page is available in English only. The English version is the one that applies.
Effective October 5, 2026.
Before you book
Requests and quotes are free. You can cancel a request at any time in the portal, at no charge.
After you book
Each charter follows the cancellation schedule in your charter agreement, which reflects the operating carrier’s terms. We give you that schedule in writing before you sign or pay. Charges usually increase closer to departure, because the carrier turns away other trips to hold your aircraft.
When your flight cannot operate
If your flight cannot be performed as agreed, for example because the carrier cancels it or the aircraft is not available, we promptly refund everything you paid for the part of the trip that did not operate, as 14 CFR 295.26 requires. We may offer a replacement aircraft or carrier. You can accept it or take the refund.
Weather, air traffic control, and safety decisions belong to the carrier and its pilot in command. If a flight cannot operate for one of those reasons and we cannot agree on a new time, the same refund applies.
If the carrier or key details change
If the carrier, or other information we disclosed before you booked, changes and we do not tell you within a reasonable time, you may cancel for a full refund. If a change happens after your trip has begun, you may cancel the rest of the trip and get a refund for the part not yet flown.
Extras
Catering, ground transportation, and other extras ordered for your trip follow each provider’s cancellation terms, which we tell you when you order them.
Empty legs
An empty leg can be withdrawn by the carrier if its original trip changes. If that happens after you book, you get a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds are processed as federal credit rules require. Refunds paid by cash or check are sent within 20 days of a complete refund request.
How to cancel
Cancel a request in the portal, or email dirk@danielsonaviation.com. A cancellation takes effect when we receive it in writing.
Cookies and Storage
This page is available in English only. The English version is the one that applies.
Effective October 7, 2026.
Essential storage, plus optional cookies only if you accept. The site needs a few small settings in your browser to work. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional: they load only if you select Accept, and never in the client portal or the employee desk. Our fonts and code are served from our own domain. The site exchanges its text, photos, email sign-ups, and anonymous visit totals with our database provider, Supabase. Visit totals use no cookies or browser storage.
Your choice
Essential storage
We save these small settings in your browser, only when you use the feature that needs them:
| Name | What it does | Where | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| dag-notice | Remembers that you closed the storage notice. | Browser storage | Until you clear it |
| dag-consent | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics and advertising cookies, and when. | Browser storage | 12 months, then we ask again |
| dag-scheme | Remembers the color scheme you choose. | Browser storage | Until you choose another or clear it |
| dag-lang | Remembers the language you choose. | Browser storage | Until you choose another or clear it |
| dag-auth | Keeps you signed in to the client portal or the employee desk. | Browser storage | Until you sign out |
| dag-key, dag-key-exp | Team members and invited guests only: keeps the website open after Team access, a guest code, or a temporary pass, and records when it closes again. | Browser storage | 30 days with “Keep me signed in”, otherwise 12 hours; a guest code or pass may end sooner; or until you sign out |
| dag-team-user, dag-team-session | Team members only: your name and username for the team bar, and a note that Team access started your desk session, so signing out ends both. | Browser storage | Until you sign out |
| dag-after-unlock, dag-team-link | Hold a sign-in link from one of our emails for a moment while the website opens. | Browser storage for this tab | Until the tab closes |
The site also reads your browser’s preferred language to open the matching translation. This happens in your browser and is not sent to us.
Analytics and advertising cookies (optional)
These are set only after you select Accept, and only for the tools we have turned on. They are cookies on our domain that the providers read.
| Name | Provider and purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics: tells visits and visitors apart so we can see how many people visit, which pages they view, and how they found us. | 13 months |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel: recognizes your browser so Meta can measure our ads and show them on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited. _fbc is set only when you arrive from one of our Meta ads. | 90 days |
| li_fat_id, and LinkedIn’s own cookies | LinkedIn Insight Tag: measures our LinkedIn ads and lets us show them to people who visited. LinkedIn may also set cookies on linkedin.com. | Up to 1 year |
The first time you visit, a short notice explains this. When any of these tools are turned on, the notice asks you to Accept or Decline them, and nothing optional loads until you select Accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline and do not ask. Browsers signed in to Team access are never tracked.
Learn more in how Google uses data from sites that use its services, Meta’s cookies policy, and LinkedIn’s cookie policy.
Client portal and employee desk. Both run on this website. They keep your sign-in session in browser storage and do not use cookies, including analytics or advertising cookies.
Clear what this site saved. You can clear the settings in your browser at any time, or use this button. It also removes any analytics and advertising cookies on our domain, and the notice will ask you again.
Accessibility
This page is available in English only. The English version is the one that applies.
Effective October 5, 2026.
We want everyone to be able to plan a trip with us. We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
- Every page and tool works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Images have text descriptions, and the route map’s results (distance, flight time, and range) are also given in text.
- Text color contrast is checked in all three color schemes: Light, Dark, and Auburn.
- Animations are reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limits. The interactive map is visual. Everything it shows is also available in the text panel beside it.
If anything on the site gets in your way, email dirk@danielsonaviation.com. We will help you plan your trip another way and fix the problem.
